Tribute Tuesday: Babyface

There would be no R&B without Kenneth Babyface Edmonds. There is no compilation CD without a song from his track. This man can make songs that can make your woman go ooh and ahh and at the same time he can create a song that just leave you alone and wanna kill your fuckin' self because you were such a dumbass and left your woman. Not only has he created some of the best love and R&B songs to this date, but he has also laid a hand in producing some of the best 90's songs out there. For example, he produced Boyz II Men's End Of The Road, I'll Make Love To You, Whitney Houston's Shoop Shoop, just to name a few and is responsible for some of the writings for artists such as: Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston, Katherine McPhee, Diana Ross, Toni Braxton and Eric Clapton. He had a hand in creating Laface Records which signed on Toni Braxton and arguably the greatest 90's group ever TLC. Currently he has fallen on some hard times, not having a single in a while and in his personal life, going through a divorce and having his ex hook up with Eddie Murphy. But in the minds and hearts of the NCV and for you people out there, he is a pioneer, a living legend. Enjoy some of his works...
